On a platform is a painted wooden house with French windows. The platform, mounted on feet on wheels, is turned in all directions so that the spectators can see the house from all sides. The two-leafed front is opened by the magician, and inside there is a small piece of doll's furniture on the ground and first floors. The magician removes the furniture as well as the plank that serves as a parquet floor on the first floor, and a servant takes it all away. The front side is closed as soon as the audience has realized that the inside of the house is empty. A few simagrams, a sign or a pistol shot... the doors open to let a partner dressed like a doll pass through.
