On the stage, a large jar made of galvanized metal. Helpers fill it with water in front of the spectators' eyes, while the operator invites some of the spectators to come up on stage and, if possible, to bring their own padlocks.
The operator enters the can, the helpers put the lid on, lock the locking tabs with the borrowed or unused padlocks and hand the keys to the spectators.
A two-leaf folding screen is placed for a short time in front of the milk can and when the helpers remove it, the operator is outside the can, sitting on the lid. The padlocks are always closed.
